How to get from Palma airport to the city center?

Palma de Mallorca airport is very well connected to the city center so you won't have any problems getting to your hotel. Here we give you a list with all the options to transfer you from Palma de Mallorca airport to the city center and from the center of Palma to the airport.

  • Bus. Line A1. This option is the cheapest. In approximately 45 minutes, you will reach the center, depending on the traffic. Its average frequency is 10-15 minutes and it is active every day of the year. Departures from the airport start at 6:15 a.m. and end at two in the morning. Departures from the center of Palma, specifically from Paseo Mallorca, to the airport start at 4:30 in the morning, with the last departure at 00:20.
  • Taxi: This option is easier and faster than the bus but less economical. The stop point at the airport is perfectly signposted in the departures area. Taxis are numerous and the queue is well organized, although in high season there can be a long wait due to the large influx of tourists. Of course, there is no fixed rate, it depends on the traffic, the time, the additional costs... So it will not cost you less than €20 for the journey. To return by taxi to the airport from Palma, we recommend that you call the day before so that they can pick you up since, depending on the time, it can be difficult to find a taxi and it is better to arrive at the airport on time. Minimum 2 hours before the departure of your flight.
  • Transfer arranged with Nativics: is the most comfortable and fastest option that will leave you at the door of your hotel or at the point nearest, as possible the access of the vehicle that can be car, bus or minibus. The driver will hold a sign with your name on it and will wait for you at the airport to take you to the vehicle. In this way you will avoid queues and long waits to catch a taxi or the bus (especially in high season). If you want to add this option to your trip to Mallorca, contact us and we will include this option for you.
