Guardamar del Segura

Guardamar del Segura is a Spanish municipality in the province of Alicante, in the Valencian Community. It is located on the south coast of the province, about 36 kilometers from the city of Alicante. The beaches of Guardamar del Segura are its greatest attraction. Playa Centro and Playa La Roqueta are especially popular, thanks to their proximity to the city center and excellent facilities. Alfonso XIII Park is another of Guardamar's highlights. This natural park is known for its extensive pine forests and dunes that protect the beaches from wind and erosion. It is a perfect place for walking, hiking or simply enjoying nature.
