  • The breakfasts included in the hotels have assigned times according to the policies of each hotel establishment, generally being between 06:30 hrs and 09:00 hrs. Outside the hours established by each hotel, the passenger will lose this service. Room services or breakfast bags have an additional cost.
  • The early arrival at the hotelon the first day of the trip does not guarantee that the rooms are available. Standard check-in times apply unless additional nights of accommodation are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms. Generally the rooms are available after 3:00 p.m. On the other hand, the use of the rooms on the day of departure from the hotel is only allowed until 10:00 am.
  • Free time: During free time, clients do not have transportation or a local guide.
  • Possible change of route: Our representative in South Africa has the full right to modify the program for the benefit of the client or for reasons of force majeure. In this program that includes road transportation to the Kruger Park area, en route visits are subject to weather conditions and the duration of the trips. Depending on these factors, it is possible that some of the planned stops cannot be made, especially during the months of June, July and August when it gets dark earlier, and entry into the park area is not permitted after 5:00 p.m.
  • In the case of traveling with children under 6 years of age, the photographic safari in the Kruger Park will have to be done in private service. See supplement.
  • Possible changes in accommodation: If on any of the departures it is not possible to confirm the planned hotels or lodges, an alternative will be offered to the client within the same contracted category.
  • Baggage: In the event of lost luggage by the airlines, it will be the passenger's responsibility to manage the claim and call the company directly to process delivery or compensation that may apply. Nativics will not be responsible for any processing due to loss or breakage of suitcases.
  • People with reduced mobility: some places, hotels and transport are not adapted for wheelchairs, please consult and notify before making the reservation. Any additional expenses for assistance required throughout the tour will be borne by the client.
  • Special foods: cases of food intolerances (allergies, celiac disease, vegetarian food, etc.) must be communicated before arrival in South Africa, although it is not possible to guarantee any type of special diet or menu.
  • Consumer withdrawal :The circuit is sold as a closed package, so there will be no refunds or discounts for services that clients decide not to enjoy or in which they cannot participate due to personal, medical reasons, flight schedules or other events.
  • Behavior during the trip: in the event that the attitude of a passenger endangers the operation of the tour and/or causes inconvenience to the rest of the group, they will be forced to leave the circuit without any type of discount or refund for the services they cannot enjoy.
  • Credit card: Generally, hotel establishments require the passenger to provide a credit card or a cash deposit as a guarantee in order to facilitate the services of telephone calls, extras in bars and restaurants, minibar, laundry, room service charges, etc.
  • Personal documentation and entry requirements in South Africa: it is the client's responsibility to inform themselves about the current regulations regarding entry and exit of the country to which they are traveling, as well as carrying the personal documents required by the authorities. Nativics assumes no liability in this regard. Please note that visa regulations, transit, entry, vaccines and health requirements vary from one country to another and, in turn, may be modified at short notice and without prior notice.
  • MANAGEMENT COSTS - From the moment the reservation is made €30 / reservation
  • FLIGHTS: 100% penalty from the moment the air tickets are issued. Change of date and name Not permitted.
  • LAND SERVICES: 
  •   Cancellations received between 40 and 35 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 25% of the total cost of the services.
  •  Cancellations received between 34 and 31 days prior to the date of beginning of the services will have a charge of 50% of the total cost of the services.
  •  Cancellations received within 30 days prior to the beginning of the services will have a penalty of 100% of the total of the services.
  • The prices published for children are valid for people over 7 and under 12 years old sharing a room with two adults. Once they are 12 years old they pay as an adult.
  • In the case of traveling with children under 7 years old, the photographic safari in the Kruger Park will have to be done in private service. See supplement.
