Livorno is an Italian city located in Tuscany, capital of the province of the same name. Currently it is an industrial center and free port on the shores of the Mediterranean that receives several cruise ships that stop over on their route through the Mediterranean. Livorno has a rich maritime and cultural history, and is known for the statue of the Four Moors, the Venezia neighborhood, the sanctuary of the Madonna of Montenero, the Mascagni terrace and the Livornese punch. Livorno is also a starting point to visit other cities in Tuscany, such as Pisa, Florence, Lucca or Siena.
