PortAventura World is the largest family resort in the Mediterranean. It is located in Salou, (Tarragona), less than 1 hour from Barcelona. This large resort is made up of 3 parks: Portaventura Park, Ferrari Land and Caribe Aquatic Park and 6 themed hotels: Colorado Creek 4* hotel, Gold River 4* hotel, PortAventura 4* hotel, Caribe 4* hotel, El Paso 4* hotel and the Mansion de Lucy hotel, which has 5 stars. Each of these parks has shops, restaurants, shows and themed attractions.

At Caribe Aquatic Park, all the attractions are aquatic, so it is only open in the hottest months, from the end of May to September.
